This blog is about how two friends "A Brunette & A Blonde" stay healthy and fit! 

First off, lets explain how we became friends.
Brunette: Gaia Bianchi Mannion was born and raised in Rome, Italy.  I found my passion in volleyball at a young age. I signed my first contract to play professional volleyball when I was 16 years old! Years later I met my husband Pace Mannion who was playing professional basketball in Italy at the time. We got married and had our amazing son Nico Mannion. We moved to the United States in 2002. Nico is a phenomenal basketball player himself. As a family they decided to leave their home in Utah and
move to Scottsdale, AZ!

Blonde: Sarah McComish was born in California and raised in Oregon. When I was 15 I began to play golf. I worked hard through high school in hopes of receiving a college scholarship. Which I did, at Chico State in Northern California. After playing four years of College golf and earning my bachelors degree in Business Administration with and emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Legal Studies, I realized I wanted to play golf professionally. So I packed up my car and moved to Scottsdale, AZ to play on The Cactus Tour!

A Brunette & A Blonde: WE ARE NEIGHBORS!!!!!! Life was meant to bring both of us together for an unbeatable friendship! We workout together we eat together...what else would you want to do with your best friend!
